Your First Appointment

For your first massage appointment, Chelsea will perform an assessment and create a treatment plan with your goals in mind, including any home care recommendations.


For one-on-one personal training services, your health will be assessed to determine if you are ready to begin your fitness journey. After that, a fitness evaluation will help determine your level of fitness to create a fitness program tailored to your specific needs. 

Active Care

Both acute injuries and chronic pain improve with exercise. Exercise can help to build strength and confidence in movement, as well as desensitize painful areas. Moving well can give you the control you need over your pain. Chelsea can help coach you through movements and resistance exercises best suited to your goals. Active care can be worked into your massage treatment plan for specific conditions or in a more general approach in personal training sessions.

Manual Therapy

Chelsea is well versed in Swedish Massage techniques, with over 7 years experience. Pressure can easily be adjusted to the needs and preferences of the client. Occasionally cupping can be used or other techniques if deemed appropriate. Massage can provide excellent short term pain relief, increased range of motion and promote relaxation to help combat stress. Combining massage and exercise can yield even better results.
